Probably the most easy snack (ooh I hate that word!) to make

This is what you use

1 sheet ready made puff pastry (unless you are a masochist and make your own)

Two or three tablespoons chopped sun dried tomato ( I do realise that it might not have actually dried in the sun but was probably made in a factory on the outskirts of Koblenz)

Two tablespoons grated parmesan

Salt & Pepper

2 Egg Yolks

A little oil for greasing baking sheet

This is what you do:

Preheat oven to 180C. Smooth out sheet of pastry, spread with sun dried tomatoes, sprinkle with parmesan, season. Roll long edges toward eachother, scroll like. Paint with egg yolk. Refrigerate for at least 20 minutes. Remove from fridge. Slice to width of £1.00 coin. Grease baking tray. Spread out on baking tray leaving room for expansion. Bake for 10 minutes or until done.

Eat warm or cold. Enjoy!

Alternative fillings that I have tried include Pesto and Anchovy or Tapenade.
