Savoury Palmiers

1 Pack Ready Made Puff Pastry

4 tbsp Chopped Sun Dried Tomato

2 tbsp Grated Parmesan

2 Egg Yolks

2 tsp Cooking Oil


1Preheat Oven to 185c

2Roll out Pastry Sheet

3Spread Chopped Sun Dried Tomatoes onto Pastry

4Sprinkle Over the Parmesan

5Roll the two long edges into scrolls so they meet in the middle

6Brush with Egg Yolk

7Refrigerate for 10 minutes minimum.

8Lightly grease baking sheet

9Remove rolled up pastry from fridge

10Slice to width of £1.00 coin

11Place on Baking Sheet allowing room for expansion

12Bake for 10 minutes

13EAT - delicious warm or not.
