About us
We are a Sussex based company, with our office on Shoreham Beach and our kitchens in the countryside on a farm near Henfield.
The ingredients we use are locally sourced, where possible. All our bread and rolls are produced specially for us by local Bakeries.
Whatever your budget, we believe in offering an a la carte service and will adapt the food we are offering to suit your event and produce a menu just for your occasion. We are used to providing for special diets and can also produce menus to suit Halal or Kosher regulations.
Peter Wood is the Director and main chef of the company and has been producing food for many years and is the winner of major food awards.

Peter Wood has worked in the catering industry for the last 15 years – he has won many national awards for his excellent cooking. At the start of this century Peter Wood was making fine Sauces, Mustards, Relishes and Ketchups. They were distributed nationally, in London they were stocked by Harrods and Fortnum and Masons, nationally they were available in ASDA and Bugens. They were also available in many Farm Shops and Delicatessens.
Peter won 3 Gold Awards and 2 Silver Awards at the Fine Food Fair at Olympia in 2003, 2004 and 2005. He was featured in a BBC1 TV programme following his food business and also on the BBC1 programme The Village. He also has appeared on the UK Food Network.
Today apart from catering to the needs of his corporate and family customers he carries out cookery demonstrations and teach-ins.
