We catered a lovely wedding at Anne of Cleves House in Lewes. We were asked for a “groaning board” lots of variety and lots of choice to suit all appetites. There were plenty of side dishes and many condiments to spice the food up. This is the menu:

“Hi Peter,
Apologies for getting this email out to you a few days late, but as you can imagine the last few days have been a bit of a whirlwind.
Sam and I wanted to say a really big thank you for such an amazing day on Saturday. You and your team were absolutely magical. It’s hard to imagine you joined our wedding squad so late because you all fit right into the exact type of day we wanted. You provided everything and more, were extremely accommodating of our shifting time tables, gracious to our guests and made the day simply perfect for us. We honestly can’t thank you enough and can’t imagine having a better experience.
The mushrooms were as delicious as I remembered and the paella was such a good addition! The food was bright, colorful, fun and tasty and all the feedback we’ve had from our guests have been raving. What an absolute joy!
